Welcome The Comune

We have had our first delivery of stock from hotly anticipated new brand 'The Comune' - born out of the ashes of Ambiguous Clothing, and featuring the same collective of pro skaters and designers. Although only in their first season, Comune already stands out ahead of most for their fantastic attention to detail, and unique design elements that can be found across their range.

Comune was formed from the idea that there will always be people out there who not only embrace the rawness and imperfections of everyday life but use it to creatively push the boundaries of what's possible in skateboarding, fashion, art and music their own way, with complete disregard of the consequences. Their goal is to provide clothing that reflects this lifestyle of carefree idealism and to support the people that choose to live it.

Our latest Comune stock is available to view online now: http://www.switch-clothing.co.uk/comune-clothing-78-c.asp

Obey x Al Rockoff Limited Edition Tee

For one of their AW09 artist collaborations, Obey have produced a limited series of t-shirts designed in association with photojournalist Al Rockoff - famed for his work during the Vietnam War and the Khmer Rouges' takeover of Phnom Penh, and portrayed in Acadamy Award winning film The Killing Fields. Rockoff was known for taking great risks to get pictures, at a time where any foreign journalist falling into the Khmer Rouge hands could expect execution. He almost died from shrapnel wounds in October 1974, near the strategic city of Kompong Chnang.

This can be viewed along with several new additions to our Obey AW09 collection, instore and available online now:- http://www.switch-clothing.co.uk/obey-duality-of-humanity-1-t-shirt-al-rockoff-2738-p.asp
